I simply heat embossed my sentiment and hearts in white embossing powder and then added some simple watercoloring over the top in Cracked Pistachio distress ink. I finished it off by splattering some water droplets for a bleaching effect and some droplets of concentrated color. I added just a few Sparkling Clear sequins for some shimmer.
