This is the inspiration photo for the wedding cake:
I took my inspiration from the lovely pink flowers and gold and came up with this card!
I started by cutting a card base of white cardstock and then using an embossing folder to add texture to the front. I set that aside and then stamped my flower and leaf images on a separate piece of cardstock and used my Brother Scan N Cut 2 to cut them out. Because of that lovely texture, I couldn't stamp my sentiment straight to the card, so I used a piece of vellum and heat embossed it in gold. I cut it out using a banner die and then added some Versamark to the edges and heat embossed some more gold. I arranged my flowers in the corner of the card and then tucked my sentiment behind them to hide the adhesive. I finished the whole thing off with a sprinkling of Gold sequins to tie in just a little bit more sparkle.
